I went on runescape and alot of people were talking about this nwe thing called the pheonix layer. I had no idea what that was, well apperently its a new minigame. It is where you ahve to get past five caves, having different beasts in every one.
The last one will have the pheonix, level 235 and its max hit is 23. Talk to the Phoenix after you have defeated it for 3,000 Fletching, 1,000 Crafting, 7,500 Firemaking, and 500 Slayer XP along with 5 Phoenix Quills.
If you arer lucky you may get teleported to another room with eggs that you can hatch with 72+ summoning, or you will get telported out and you can do it again.
